Spring 2024 Registration will be available December 1, 2023 and end January 13, 2024. Please register your child early so that we know how many coaches and teams will be needed.
Before registering your child to play with Woodville Little League, we ask that you please be sure to read the attestations here and be sure that you understand the requirements of registering to play baseball and softball with our organization. You will be required to agree to these attestations during registration. Important Dates:
Friday, December 1, 2023- Registration Opens
Saturday, January 6, 2024- Pre-evaluation meeting for all registered coaches from 9:00-10:00
Wednesday, January 10, 2024- Baseball evaluations from 6:00pm-8:00pm
Friday, January 12, 2024 - In person registration & sandlot game from 6pm-8pm
Saturday January 13, 2024- Baseball registration ends for Weeball, Teeball, Machine Pitch, Minors, Majors
Wednesday, January 17, 2024- MANDATORY Coaches meeting & draft
Feburary 2, 2024- Registration fees due and practices begin
Feb. 24, 2024- Opening Day

- Tee ball (ages 4-5) - $50
- Machine Pitch (ages 6-8) - $60
- Minors (ages 8-10) - $80
- Majors (ages 10-12) - $80

Game Information:
- Tee ball games will be played only at J. Lewis Hall Sr. Woodville Park beginning at 6:30 pm
- Machine pitch, minors, and majors games will be played during the week at the following locations - J. Lewis Hall Sr Woodville Park, Fort Braden, Daniel B Chaires Park, and Canopy Oaks Park.
- Juniors and Seniors games will be held at J. Lewis Hall Sr. Woodville Park or at the Fred George Baseball Field. Games will begin at 6:30 pm, unless otherwise stated.
Coaches, Team Parents and Volunteers:
All coaches, Team Parents and other volunteers who wish to be on the field assisting with games, practices or other Little League events are required to be registered as a volunteer and to complete both the county background check as well as the Little League Background check. If you have not completed both background checks, you will not be able to be on the field or in the dugout with the players. To register as a volunteer, please visit here. Payments:
- Payment is not requirement at time of registration if you choose cash/check as a payment option.
- Payment is required by January 13, 2024. Because costs of running the league have increased, if payment is not received by January 13th, the player's uniform will not be ordered.
T-Mobile Call Up Grant Information:
Please do this as soon as possible, as there are limited grants available.
Refund Policy:
- The registration fee is a donation towards the operation of Woodville Little League. The following is the official league policy regarding the refunding of the registration fee. All other funds collected from fundraisers, sponsorships, donations, etc. are not refundable.
- To receive a refund, the parent/guardian of a player must submit a formal request via email to the league requesting a refund and stating the reason why the player is resigning from the league.
- No refund will be processed without a formal email request.
- No refunds will be processed once registration for the current season closes. If registration has closed, refunds with a doctors note will be honored and the cost of uniform and service fees will be deducted from the refund. Once games have started, no refunds will be honored.
- Refunds will be made via Sports Connect to the individual who registered the player.
