Mandatory Coaches Meeting, Player Camp & Informational Parents Meeting

Coaches Meeting

A mandatory coaches meeting for all registered volunteer coaches will be held on Saturday, February 1st at 10am.
Lunch will be provided to all coaches.

Topics to be discussed will be:

How to chalk the fields
Accessing the concession for Ice/AED
Training from the county regarding the AED
Roles of Managers, Assistant Managers, Team Moms
Locks on fields
Additional Topics coaches would like to discuss

It is imperative that all coaches attend this meeting. If you are unable to make this meeting, please let the board know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to go over the items discussed during this meeting.

Coaches & Player Camp

A coaches & player camp will be held for all registered pleyers on Saturday, February 1st at 1pm.

All players and coaches are asked to attend this camp. This will be an opportunity for all coaches to see each player hit and throw before practices and games begin. After the camp has ended the coaches will meet and teams will be formed so that Practices can begin February 7th.

Informational Parents Meeting

During the Player Camp & Evaluation, Woodville Little League Board will use this opportunity to go over the upcoming season and important changes that parents should be aware of.
